Our Mission

Hope Housing was created to relieve conditions associated with the elderly and those in need by providing compassionate community living that is affordable and supportive for clients. Hope Housing allows clientele to flourish within a thoughtful, considerate, and understanding environment, allowing aging in place through a demonstrated and successful Continuum of Care model. Hope Housing is based in the greater Swift Current Saskatchewan area.

We are a start-up supportive housing company developing and maintaining supportive housing in small communities.

Our Directors have over 30 years of housing experience in low-income housing/subsidized housing, supporting the homeless in housing, supporting persons with disabilities and brain injury, housing the formerly incarcerated, and senior housing, including independent living, semi-independent living, and supportive living.

We are fully agreeable to accommodating the tenants who are already engaged with the community and intend to stay.

We are committed to continuing care models, including aging in the right place. We also have the expertise to expand services to the tenants in place and new tenants.

Independent housing can readily be adapted to supportive living through meal preparation, housekeeping, medical assistance, and personal care if needed.

As former managers, directors, and executives in Health Care and Housing, we understand what it takes to achieve the highest best practices and the highest quality of life for our clients.

We are very concerned about the continuing exodus from small communities. We have had the pleasure of living in small towns and understand the community benefits that come with that.

Many seniors would like to stay in the communities of their choice.  As an organization, we believe in doing what’s best for the community and our tenants.

We have been involved in many community assessments and continue to support communities such as Gull Lake and surrounding areas, including incorporating projection and growth models providing community sustainability.
